2. The total price is an all-inclusive quote. The price covers all necessary materials, fabrications, delivery and installation services with no hidden fees. Our price includes only the removal of insect screen packaging and protective materials. Any additional cleaning or disposal services are not included unless otherwise specified.

3. A formal quotation will be prepared after the site measurement; the customer is required to pay the full payment by FPS. The acceptance of the order is only formalized when full payment is settled.

7. A one-year on-site repair warranty is provided. The warranty covers the insect screen only under normal and proper use. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or, specifically, damages caused by pet scratching or biting.

8. The installation of insect screens shall be conducted on the principle of causing no damage to the existing windows or sliding doors. Our technicians are solely responsible for the installation of the screens themselves; any repairs to the existing windows or sliding doors are not included in our service. Prior to installation, our technicians will inspect the relevant windows and sliding doors. If any pre-existing damage is found, the customer will be notified in advance to decide whether to proceed with the installation. If the installation cannot be completed due to the condition of the windows or sliding doors, our staff will discuss with the customer to reschedule a new installation date. Please note that rescheduling an installation date will incur an additional fee of HKD 1,500.

9.The customer shall, prior to the installation of insect screens, remove all electrical appliances, furniture, furnishings, and decorative items from the work area to ensure a clear working space of at least 1 meter for our technicians to carry out the installation.
